1. Return Eligibility
• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used skincare products for hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
5. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
