• International Shipping calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight
• Orders are shipped from either our European or US warehouse using tracked, insured services

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your BIOBEAUTY ritual. If something isn’t quite right:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (unopened, unused products only)
• Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept opened skincare

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.
